What is a timber tract evaluation?
We will send a forester out to your plot to have a look at your stand of timber. They'll use industry-standard guidelines to estimate the volume and value of your tract, then we can make an offer for purchase.
Tract Size
We are currently buying tracts 10 acres and greater.
